This grooming/boarding shop is ideal in nature. Easy check in and check out. You're welcomed to tour the facilities to ensure your pet is well cared for during it's visits.
The shop is always clean (amazing feat in and of itself) and the staff are always friendly.
Calling ahead is advisable as they are busy and have Saturday hours.
Holidays fill up fast so call in advance.
Located right next door to Laurelhurst Vet Clinic, Townhouse is in touch with the Clinic and will facilitate any needed visits to and from if needed.
Very customer service oriented.

Oh where do i start, with the best selection of freshwater fish in the northwest, possibly in the world, having awesome pieces of wood and rocks to put in your tanks, great prices on captive and wild caught fish also tanks and stands. the place has everything. the customer service is great, but if you want to go in on the weekends, try being a little patient. from what ive seen, they get to everyone as quickly as possible, but some times they can be a little understaffed. so put on that smile and wait patiently, let me tell you its worth the wait. i love andrea, abby, amanda, garrett, and pretty much everyone from there staff. if i have a question, they have the answer, if not they'll find it for me. compared to world of wet pets, kays and the place around the corner, the wet spot is the OG of the fish industry. so keep it real and try out the wet spot. ASK QUESTIONS AND IF YOU BUY FISH, FOR GOD'S SAKE, GIVE THEM A GOOD HOME. fish have feelings, their not just decorations, their living creatures. go vegan.
Pros: everything
Cons: its hot

Me and my husband have gone here a few times to pick up some needed supplies for our pets. The place almost always has what we need and the prices are pretty good. The employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable when we've asked questions. I also love the location and the fact that there is a good amount of parking. I would definitely recommend this place.

I go here every now and then with my husband to get supplies for our pets and I think the place is pretty nice. I love looking at the puppys and kittens that they sometimes have. They are all soo cute. The problems with this place is sometimes it can get crowded and take awhile for someone to help you. The place is so full of stuff that sometimes it feels clausterphobic. There is plenty of parking and when you do get someone to help you they are pretty nice and seem to know what they are talking about. The prices here are pretty good

The kennels at Fletcher's are quiet, even when they're full - because the dogs are actually content. Each dog has their own cave-like space, and a good-sized run attached to it. I highly recommend them.

This is one of the larger pet stores I have been to, and the selection of products reflects this. From a variety of cat scratch posts to your preferred brand of dog food, this store has it. They also offer services such as obedience school-like classes for dogs. The staff are very knowledgable, and some have worked there for many years. Overall this is a great store to visit as they have more available than other pet stores, but they are a little more expensive than some of the neighboring pet stores as well.

I go to this pet store to buy all my dog and cat food, as well as toys, leashes, and other necessary items. Not only do they have a wide variety of products, but the staff is consistently helpful, knowledgable, and willing to make suggestions and recommendations. When we got a new puppy, it was the employees at this pet store that were able to make a very helpful suggestion about a healthy food choice that was perfect for our dog (and we still use it)!

This is my favorite pet store to go to. Every time I go here I could spend hours looking at the animals. They have any rodent you could want from little mice to guinea pigs. They also have a huge selection of cat and dog accessories. One of my favorite things about this place is that you can bring your dog to the store with you. The parking here is also plentiful. Definitely shop here for your pet needs.

The owners are extremely helpful and always remember who you are even if you don't come in every week. Reasonable prices and don't rush you to get your animal washed in a hurry. Especially if you are by your self and have a big dog.
thanks

I was walking with my best friend the other day as she walked her best friend, Furby, a dog whose breed I can't spell or pronouce, but enough said that Furby is a walking hairball with big, provocative eyes.
We stopped in this shop to see what they had for some form of canine dermatitis and I was really awed by how helpful the salesperson was. She gave the impression of someone who didn't just sell the stuff...she lives it...knows all the implications of the herbs and had more manuals than the public library.
On a pricing scale, this place was not cheap...but what price do you put on your best friends (hmmm...maybe I shouldn't have said that...my friend will expect cash next Christmas now!)
