Awhile back my daughter and I went a wee bit insane (ok, so the insanity started long before that!) and decided to make some extra bucks as balloon clowns. In due dilligence, I researched the web and local outlets for balloons and balloon supplies and found that Lippman's had by far the best prices on the West coast! Once in the store, I discovered that even as their prices were the best, so is their selection. For shapeable balloons, they have the biggest range of sizes and colors. Their accessory supplies are also superior and manual inflating tools tend to last longer than brands I've bought elsewhere. Additionally, Lippman's has a great range of party supplies!
