I don't like to be negative, but my experience with Spartan was not good. The representative did not follow up or follow through. They pulled my credit several times when I was told it would only be pulled once. The owner stepped in to help out once it was clear the rep couldn't do the job. She tried, but ultimately couldn't take care of me. Once I moved on, I got the mortgage loan in two weeks from the new lender with no trouble.

I don't like to be negative, but my experience with Spartan was not good. The representative did not follow up or follow through. They pulled my credit several times when I was told it would only be pulled once. The owner stepped in to help out once it was clear the rep couldn't do the job. She tried, but ultimately couldn't take care of me. Once I moved on, I got the mortgage loan in two weeks from the new lender with no trouble.
