This is not actually a thrift store, nor does it have thrift store prices but the vintage furniture is in great shape and still a lot cheaper than it would be new. They also tend to carry a lot of unusual items, so if you really want to create a unique home environment for less money this could be a good spot to add to your list. Like any used furniture store you never quite know what might be there.

This is the best 7-Eleven I have visited. I have one closer to my home but this one next to Portland State is awesome. The cashiers are very friendly and they have good deals going on all the time. Some time back they had free lunch special for first 100 customers. Tender chickens, pizzas, slurpees, hot dogs, cold beer and wine.. they have it all.. great ppl with great service.

Despite being a huge chain, this 7-11 maintains a friendly, neighborhood-like feel. The staff are friendly, the store is clean, and is overall pretty pleasant for a convenience store.
