I'd learned that often times when movers are late, its because they just finished moving someone else. Maybe that person had extra demands and needs that took time. It happens. Often when managers are called with a complaint about a late move, they ask if the customer wants to cancel the move. All of a sudden, the complaining customer, already in a negative mood and prone to inappropriate interpretation, sees this as a "threat" to tell the movers not to come at all. Its the company's natural response that if they can not solve the lateness because THINGS HAPPEN in the moving business, they ASK (i.e., not a threat) if you would like to cancel or reschedule.
My friend has used this company before. She had a great experience and had nothing but good things to say.
