I have had to take my mother in law here quite a few times for several different specialities. The receptionists start the experience out right with fast and courteous service. They are friendly and make you feel at ease right away. Although it is part of a larger medical group--they treat you like an individual and like your time matters.

"Dr. Bert" Huntley offers some of the best chiropractic care that I've ever experienced. Besides providing great immediate care, he's helped train me how to avoid recurrences. Reasonable rates, too.
Not too many folks take the amount of time he does with clients, nor do they help them self-treat in a way that may cut back his business.

Dr Szeto has been my physician for many years. I cannot accurately express my gratitude for how I feel about this man, his professional manner, his dedication to his patients, or his overall absolute skill as a practitioner. He has treated me and my daughter with the utmost care. I recently moved to Hawaii and my only lament is that Dr Szeto couldn't move with me. He will always be my number one favorite physician.

i had a wonderful experience. the emergency room is clean and recently renovated. the nurses were all wonderful and gave great care. they were very compassionate and caring and attentive. i went to the providence in portland and my experience was very different. the emergency room was filthy and old and my room was dirty. they never changed my sheets or offered me showers. the nurses were extremely rude and acted like i was making things up. they would ignore me when i paged them and had a huge attitude. there can be such a big difference in staff and it makes all the difference.
Pros: wonderful caring staff, quick, clean

Had a prescription for my pet that another pharmacy said would take 3 days to compound and have ready, called Northwest and they were able to have completed the same day. Picked up medication 3 hours later and staff was very friendly. Location was a little challenging to find but overall experience was very good. I would highly recommend them.
Pros: fast and friendly service
Cons: location was a little hard to find

Like many young children, ours was having a tough time reading. After extensive testing, we discovered that it was not some feared brain disorder but a simple problem of both eyes hitting the page at the same time correctable by vision therapy. Vision Therapy can be very expensive and is often not covered by insurance.
Pacific University has a teaching clinic in downtown Portland that offers the therapy on a sliding scale.
With their help, the situation was quickly correct, my daughter quickly began reading, and went to the top of her class.

Billed my insurance for services not rendered and then refused to cancel charges and proceeded to charge me personally for them. They are pushy with their sales. Dr. Schoeber is nice and all but business practices are unethical and not patient oriented. All about the money!
