I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Jill Ghormley. She has successfully treated what has been a four-year battle with giardia. Now only does she know her stuff, but she is also smart, fun, and interesting. I really appreciated that she would see me either early in the morning or on Saturdays so that my treatments did not affect my work responsibilities. After an initial thorough assessment, she gave me options for treatment, by price, so that I could choose what was within my budget. She is easy to reach via email between treatments. I always get the time and attention I need when I see her. I would highly recommend Dr. Jill to anyone, particularly those with GI troubles. I have also been impressed with Pearl staff for their consistency, gentleness, and personal interactions over the phone and in person.

Have had Fraxel treatments...one hour of numbing, then the procedure, then 30 minutes of icing before I left the salon. Great experience. Great results. Would recommend!

For nagging and chronic conditions that Western health care has trouble adressing, Radiant Health Clinic gets high marks. I went there for sore knees caused by years of football after being told by a sports clinic that they would need to get worse before they could diagnose a problem. I had a series of acupuncture, laser, and herbal therapy that solved my knee condition, and surprisingly has uncovered, treated and cured layers of pain and discomfort that I either didn't realize I had, or that I had decided long ago to live with. These include back pain, allergies to food, long-term intestinal pain, and headaches. I walked away with an understanding of the underlying reasons for the conditions so that I can help myself and avoid causing recurring conditions. The active and open discussions of options and alternatives has made health care, well... fun.

I've been going to Meridian Acupuncture for two years now. I've seen Jane and Jeremy, depending on my schedule. They are both wonderful. Their acupuncture has improved my fibromyalgia pain and muscle spasms considerably. They often cure more minor problems, like computer elbow. They are both gentle and they listen well. They have good advice about nutrition and supplements. Their office staff is efficient and the place is easy to find. I highly recommend Meridian Acupuncture.
Pros: kind, effective, and not scary at all--good parking and hours

Our family has been seeing Dr. Preiss for over 10 years. Our two daughters have had numerous sports injuries and one daughter has a condition where her knees hurt because she grew tall very fast. All these conditions have been treated with expertise, great professionalism and empathy. My husband has had two serious accidents which Dr. Preiss treated both the trauma and the pain. We believe that everyone can benefit from chiropractic and that Dr. Preiss is one of the best!!

Dr. Beeson and his staff have a genuine care for their patients. I have been a patient of Dr. Beeson for nearly 15 years and have had nothing but the most positive experience with each visit. Dr. Beeson has helped with many of my sports injuries from my foot, to my knees and back. I am certain that it is with his care that I was able to make a 100% recovery. I value a doctor who is able to communicate what is going on with my body and the steps necessary to handle it. I give Dr. Beeson and his staff my highest recommendation!

We have had an on-going problem with a hematoma on our dog's back. He's already been through one surgery and, when it returned, we needed a second opinion. We knew of this animal hospital, and were aware they have a large staff, and see a lot more dogs with a variety of conditions that our neighborhood vet may not have exposure to. The vet was thoughtful and took the time to thoroughly discuss my concerns. He made sure he had the past medical records to work with, and made suggestions that worked within my financial situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing excellent care for their animals.

Avi is all-around an amazing practitioner. He is highly knowledgable and skilled in Chinese Medicine (I know this because I am a relentless question-asker and he always happily answers my questions thoroughly). He is very likeable as a person, which I find is important when working with someone in such a personal way. Avi is compassionate, patient, very LGBT friendly, listens to all my concerns, and tailors treatments specifically for my needs. He has a great sense of humor and always makes me feel at ease, which, believe me, is a feat.
When I first saw Avi, I had recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, a chronic pain and fatigue condition. I was honestly skeptical about acupuncture, but my doctor recommended Avi to me. He worked with me to make treatment financially accessible to me. At that time, I was in and out of a wheelchair and at times bedridden from pain, depressed, extremely tired, and generally had a very low quality of life. Avi even had to help me take off my shirt for the first treatment because I couldn't undress myself due to pain. Within weeks I saw great improvement. I've been seeing Avi now for almost one year and today, I go out dancing. DANCING. My life has become much less painful and more fulfilling. I can say without doubt that Avi has truly changed my life and I will always have the deepest gratitude for all he has done for me.
