We took our sedan to Action Auto Glass at the advice of several friends. Our car was leaking water into the trunk.
To make a long story short, there was nothing wrong with our windows, it ended up being a body seam.
What suprised us was this: Action Auto Glass did a pressure test, and checked all of the car for leaks, and even found the leaking body seam.
The best part is that they wouldn't let us pay them for the diagnosis. How is that for honest! They worked on our car, diagnosed it for us, and it didn't cost a penny!
If we ever need any auto glass replaced, we will go to Action Auto Glass on Market Street, in Salem.

MSI is a quality operation. Upon getting an inspection from the BMW dealer, I decided to utilize MSI to take care of my repair needs. They performed a follow-up inspection and took care of everything. In fact, they even repaired a couple minor things for free whereas the dealer was going to charge me.
Going forward, I will definitely have MSI perform all of my future needs for my car.

I was very pleased with the service and repair Lakeside Mercedes Repair did on my 2000 Mercedes ML 430 on July 28, 2009. I am from out of state visiting my son in Beaverton, the temperature outside was 105 degrees and my A/C was not working properly. I googled Mercedes repair, Portland, Or. and their web site popped up. I liked what I read, so gave them a call and was able to get in that day. I knew I would be at the mercy of wherever I was going to get the repair but did not expect the experience I had. The technician, Tom Havel, diagnosed the problem quickly, made the right repair and sent me on my way with minimum delay and at a charge I felt was reasonable. I would not hesitate having future repairs make at Lakeside Mercedes Repair.

My first time at Tom Dwyer on recommendation of a friend proved very positive. They were very helpful on the phone, timely with my oil change and suggested a maintenance schedule that I could live with. They helped me prioritize repairs that needed to be done for safety reasons and did not try to sell me work that was unnecessary. As a woman, I felt respected and secure knowing that they would look after my car and keep her running for another 140k!
Pros: Courteous, professional and honest!

What's nice about Rasmussen BMW certainly isn't the price. They sell for the sticker value all the time. There is no wiggle room. However, they have the absolute best sales associates I have ever met at a car dealership. In addition, their service department is bar none the best dealer service department I've ever encountered. I will never buy a BMW from any other dealer.

I brought my car to Bradshaw's last month and was extremely satisfied with the quality of their work as well as their reasonable prices. It was my first visit to Bradshaw's, but it will definitely not be my last. Based on my experience, I offer them my highest recommendation.

I called 5 minutes to closing time because my car had quit working.
Not only did they stay after hours to talk to me about my issues, they scheduled a tow truck to come get my car and bring it to their shop. They took all my information over the phone, so I did not even need to come in with my car. They have an after hours service drop off that makes it so convenient!!!! They called me the next morning with the diagnosis and my car would be ready by 3pm! They even said if I did not have a ride to pick up my car that they could find someone to come pick me up! I did not need that, as I just had my co-worker drop me off after work, but it was still nice that they offered. I would recommend this dealership's service department to anyone who is driving a Saab! They absolutely go over & beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer!

"I have never written an online review before; however, I am compelled to write one following my amazing experience at VIP. I never thought it was possible to actually enjoy a car repair experience. The customer service was so great, it was almost surreal.
I just now opened my mail and found a thank you note from Laya, the gal who works at the front desk there. What??? She is thanking me? I should be sending her a thank you and maybe a gift card or a tip or flowers or something, because she saved me about 300 dollars, not to mention days without my car. Without me even asking, she took the time to call local wrecking yards to find matching parts for my beat-up Honda Civic (which is no longer beat-up, thanks to VIP).
She could have easily sold me the more expensive after-market parts and I would've never known. Laya laid out all of my options and all of the prices and then got the parts in (from a wrecking yard) the same exact day. I've been told this is a tough task with Honda Civics...so hats off to Laya for finding parts so quickly.
Once the parts (a side mirror and bumper) were in, she had her guys in the shop finish the car within a couple hours. I thought I'd have to rent a car or hitch a ride while my car was being fixed...but no, not at VIP. They are lightning fast and I think Laya at the front desk is the reason for that. She gets it done. "

We purchased our red Mini from Rasmussen Mini 2 years ago. We love it and the amazing service we have received from Rasmussen. When we take the car in to be serviced, we are given refreshments, offers of rides to and from wherever we would like to go, and complimentary MAX Tickets. We can catch the MAX right across the street and spend our time exploring Portland. When we return, we find the Mini spruced up inside and out...a care wash with every visit. We would never replace our little red Mini, but would someday love to add another...perhaps the Mini Wagon from Rasmussen Mini...to the fleet!

I was looking for months for a dealer to buy a car from, and someone I know recommended these guys! They have a great selection of cars from many different manufactorers and they have great customer service. I am used to being pestered by Auto Salesmen, but at Town and Country, they treated me right. I was shown around by the general manager of the store and he didn't give me any crap. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car in the area, they are a family owned and very friendly business.
