I haven't been there in 3 months. Same old non friendly older daytime waitresses. It's time for retirement, hey let's face it, they are no spring chickens. The food has gone down hill in the last year also. Same old greasy food. They could also use a lesson in cleanliness.

This is our 6th year returning. A diner is a diner, and people return to a diner because they know what they can get for what price. I like the fried scallops, the parmagian; I love the vanilla layer cake and the apple pie. The drinks are made potent! We come back because we can squeeze in 15-20 people in at the last minute. The food is typical diner food, satisfying and I can get eggs for supper! The location is a plus. The waitresses are overworked & underpaid. It's worth going to, and that is why they are still a thriving business.

. I must compliment the owner on having the most sincere, hardworking, and personable waitresses around. . We were there a year ago for an impromptu get-together of about 15-20 people, and both last year AND this year. . They were very accommodating. We ordered lots of "fun" food to share with each other, like potato skins, scallops, onion rings, side salads, mozzarella sticks, desserts, & drinks. Everything was in very ample proportions and tasted great. . The waitresses were there for the asking, to bring you the additional plate and extra sour cream, and save the adjacent table for your 3 late friends, so we could sample from each others plates, and their ambiance was topped off by their writing out smaller checks in manageable groups. . Definitely worth going back again.

The owner needs acompliment on hiring the most personable waitress. We ordered mostly appetizers, so our impromptu group of 15 could sample everything, and they gladly supplied the extra lemon, and saved the nearby table for our late friends. They even gave us checks grouped so we could "do the math" better. Definitely worth coming back!

Pretty good food, don't expect anything amazing. Just typical diner fare. I've been there many times, and the service is usually pretty good. I have run into some problems of it not being the cleanest place I've been to. The food overall is very good, it's a great place for breakfast or for lunch on Sunday. Good for the family, but like I said it's just a typical diner.
