Good: Courtious service I've had over the last 2 years. Bad: That when I went in yesterday there was a whole different crew. wich has been happening alot lately! And I was attempting to use marlboro coupons wich I had used in the past I was told no if I wanted to use those coupons I needed to buy one pack use one coupon then get back to the end of the line . Where as the crew that did no who I was as A CUSTOMER. Let me use the coupons towards one of the three cartons I buy a weak $40 dollars in gas and $65 in beer. Improvements: Old employees better customer service " hello welcome to racetrack" is the only happy ( sounding words) you here there now . I delt w/ someone that knew I was a every day customer , but the old man in charge said OK Goodbye when I left my things on the counter and said I'll never be back !. Racetrac, Racetrac, oh how you ease my wallet. Since Racetrac is so cheap at the pump, I am able to afford to take my girlfriend to fine dining establishmnents like Sizzlers with all the money I save... The Racetrac I visited on McNab was not dirty and gross, it was clean and pleasant. The attendant was personable and helpful. Its also safe to go at night to this gas station, because they keep it really well lit.
