Good selection 4/12/2006

I like shopping at Toys R Us because they have a large selection. I dislike shopping at Toys R Us because their prices tend to be higher than other stores. Amazon.com is connected to Toys R Us on line. You would think that means the prices would be the same. Amazon is almost always cheaper. During the holiday season, Toys R Us had promotions to buy whatever and get something free. I looked in the store and compared prices. It seemed as though everything was marked higher. I ended up doing all my shopping on Amazon.com. I got it shipped for free and still got it cheaper than I would have from Toys R Us. I wish they would get more competitive pricing. I would shop there more often. more

Dissaray 4/12/2006

The place is usually in complete dissaray. All the toys are placed randomly throughout the store and there is no organization. I really expected more from such a brand name store. They have some things on sale, but there is no indicator that its on sale. When you go to the register to pay for something, you find out then. They have good toys like tickle me elmo, but their selection of video games is pretty bad. They have a whole section dedicated to it, but they never have the popular games in stock. Better to shop online. more

Nice atmosphere 4/12/2006

The enterance is a little weird to get to. You have to drive around the home depot parking lot looking for it. Once you get in, though the place is nice. Its prety quiet overall, compared to other Boarders. Their coffee and food isnt taht good there though, it doesnt taste fresh. They have a good selection of books and people dont bother you and let you browse. I would go there to get someone a nice gift or if i wanted to get away and hang out for a bit. I wouldnt stay too long though. more

Great Bookstore 4/10/2006

We shop Borders at least once a week. I love their shopping programs that basically put away money with each purchase you make. I am a educator, so I also receive a discount on all my purchases. I really appreciate the educator discount. We spend a lot of money each year on book purchases. We frequently find wonderful books and gifts in the bargain area. After a fun shopping experience, we always sit in the cafe and enjoy a cup of coffee or a treat. more

Toys, Toys & Toys 6/20/2005

I have shopped at the TRUs in Coral Springs on many occassions. I have had mixed results. The store has a large variety but is somewhat difficult to navigate. Things could be abit more organized. The staff was professional and courteous. A good lace to find kids toys and games. more
