Excellent sized Concert hall mainly for rockbands to rock out. The setting is on the corner is the ticket booth. Then there's an area where majority of the bands usually set their items as you enter in. Then you pass that area and enter into the pit floor (hehe). As you're walking in on the left hand side are small railed platforms to stand on and on the right hand side is the stage (pretty decent sized) in the very back is where you get snacks. And on the top floor more room to stand and also where the bathroom is located. There's a VIP room located on the far right. Setting during the concerts is amazing and the lighting great work. Overall, a MUST see. Great place to rock out.

Because of the out-of-the-way location, you get the more active fans who don't just stand around like you see at a lot of Hollywood venues/clubs. And shows don't sell out as quickly so you have a shot at getting tickets. It's not a big venue so you see shows in an intimate environment. It does get a bit dark inside though so maybe bring a small flashlight if you have trouble seeing in dark places. Unfortunately, the area around the Glass House seems to be going downhill. Other than the people at the shows, there doesn't seem like much happening at night. The last couple times I was there, the nearby pizza place I used to go to hasn't been open. And nearby Taco Nazo hasn't opened up in ages. But in the end, that doesn't matter since the shows there are so awesome.

In the Emo music scene you haven't really "made it" until you play at a couple of places, one of them is the Glass House. Located in Pomona in the center of arts corner, it is a small little club that can be heard from blocks away. The people who go there almost always go for the music but you can see a couple kids just trying to be in the scene. The speaker sets are ample and well placed. Inside theres the merch corner and past that is the curtains to the stage area. In the back theres rails and place for people to sit and above are the bathrooms and a little balcony space for the lucky who get there early. Everyone else stands in front of the stage and concession stand and has a great time. If you're in the area or if you go to Cal Poly definitely check this place out.

The Glass House is about 30 min from Los Angeles and close to Riverside. They are a known venue for bringing good bands like Death Cab for Cutie, Tegan and Sara, and The Faint. The venue is a bit small but it makes live shows more personal and fun. It gets pretty hot and crowded in there but you forget because you get too into the music. Near the Glass House are funky shops and antique stores.
