Ewing advertises "our family taking care of yours" should be sung with a bit of a Soprano's overtone. Taken care of means paying an unfavorable market price for a vehicle with little to no negotiating room which means you end up at their competition Park Place, which is no surprise. Even when their competition is slightly under they are not motivated at all to get your business even when you give them your word, which based on my short experience with them means they nearly accuse potential customers of lying to them about their competition and market price. Looks like my second MB will not be a Ewing vehicle. Their goal appears to be "take ADVANTAGE of your family" not creating a fair deal for both parties. Disappointing, poor salesmanship, and terribly uncoordinated!
Pros: Nice website
Cons: After the website they don't know whats going on

I shopped around for a long time before I decided to buy a new car. I sat for 6 hours numerous times in different car dealerships just for them to come back and try to play games. I found the internet sales guy on Craigslist and started talking to him. He found exactly what I needed within my price range and down payment. We did all of the paperwork through email and fax. I basically just went in and got my keys, then left. I spent 45 minutes tops in the dealership. The staff are all very great and also very honest.

We have used Ewing both for service and when we bought our Grand Prix 3 years ago. The service has been okay. The prices seem a little expensive for some things, and the wait is typically long. The waiting rooms are big but with few chairs or magazines. The experience also really depends on the service guy for drop-off servicing. We have had great experiences with a couple but then problems with others not returning phone calls.
As far as sales, we did most of the dealing for our Grand Prix over the internet, so the process went pretty smoothly. When we went to look again this year in person, the salesman was a little too pushy for my taste.

Ewing is your typical car dealership that does all the typical car sales tricks. Study up on what you want before you deal with the. The best way to get a deal with Ewing is to shop online. The online staff has the ability to give better deals than the showroom staff. We've bought two cars from them. The first time, we were not educated, but we lucked out and when our lease was up, we traded it in and got a new car... otherwise, we would've had a bad deal on the leased car.
PROS: Selection, clean
CONS: Sales tactics
