I went to this eye doctor last week and got my eyes checked for contacts. The woman at the front was very polite. She helped me figure out the best deal for me with my insurance plan. She even checked if it would be cheaper to pay for my exam or to add it into the insurance plan rate. (only $120 max) No-one has ever helped me out like that and I'm on a budget so it was wonderful. The eye doctor was very polite and he explained everything to me so that I would understand. Later in the week I accidentally tore one of my trail contacts. ( The other ones are ordered.) I called them up and they let me come in and get some more. They didn't even question me. PROS: Very polite and understanding and helpful! CONS: The office is on a busy street hard to find parking sometimes.
