It is so sad to see that the ones who are in charge of your health are thieves and liars who try to get rich quick by ripping you off. I sent my son to the CareNow on Spring Creek PKWY in Plano, TX for flu treatment. the front desk lady told him the charges would be $110.00 to maximum 158.00 Dollars. Dr. Vivian Jones charged and over charged my son for every step of diagnosis when it would have been free or charges explained by the other care providers. by the time it was said and done, less than 5 minutes, the bill was $350.00 . Please chose another care provider no matter how sick you are.........

I was told someone would call me back. I called back at 7:00 and I spoke with someone who told me I would get a call back after being put on hold for a while. I called back at 8:00 and I was put on hold again for a few minutes and the person told me I would receive a call back after 10:00. I called back at 10:30 and the offices were closed.

I went to this clinic yesterday afternoon with a rash it was itchy and driving me crazy, just wanted to get an antihistamine or something. I thought it to be an allergic reaction to a cat or poison ivy. She took one look at me and told me I had scabies. I was stunned. She said I could have gotten it from a couple kittens I had. Well I went home and researched (after I picked up the scripts 60 bucks, she's a doctor, she had to be right!). What I have hardly resembled scabies AND scabies can not be given to a human from an animal!So this morning I called my primary care doctor and he said I do not have scabies. He diagnosed me with what I thought it was in the first place. An allergic reaction. I will never recommend them and never go back to this facility again.

Because of their incompetency regarding how insurance companies operate, I sat in their waiting room for over and hour today because their home office in Coppell, TX didn't understand how to read their provider contract. To make a long story short, I was told that I would have to pay $330 + dollars if I expected to receive treatment and they refused to provide me with care when I told them that I only had enough to cover my $25.00 copay. I am filing a complaint with not only the Better Business Bureau, but the Texas Department of Insurance as well.

My visits to this clinic have been top notch. I have been visiting this clinic over four years. The doctors manner and treatment have always been polished and professional. The supporting staff from the patient reps to the nurses to the lab and x-ray personnel were helpful, knowledgeable and very courteous. This clinic is quite adequate for most all family needs and emergencies.

I've stopped going to our regular family physician for most stuff. It's too much hassle for the appointment and my copay after the annual deductible is not cheaper. Cassandra and Nathan have been good to me through dermatology referrals, diabetes care, renewals on prescriptions, and other stuff. Some people have based their reviews on a single experience. This review is based on over a year of ongoing care with these guys. They are at least as good or better than my wife's family practice physician, and it's a lot less hassle to see them. PROS: Good office hours, Professional staff CONS: Some people's insurance doesn't cover urgent care

I went to this place because I didn't want to spend 100 dollars going to the ER since my insurance required that copayment. (I also know ER's take forever for non-emergency situations). I went to Carenow to have my ankle looked at by a qualified practitioner. The guy was really nice and took xrays. He said I had a hairline fracture and took the steps needed to get it fixed. Carenow was cheaper than the ER and they saw me very quickly. I will definitely go back to this place if I receive another injury like that! PROS: Faster and dependable service CONS:

I've had a different experience with this Care Now center, and will never go back because of it. I brought in my daughter who had a bruised bone in her arm (though at the time it certainly looked broken). Because our insurance refused to pay without a pre-certification, they sent us away without stabilizing her injury or even asking for other payment methods. After waiting in pain for more than an hour, we had to take my daughter elsewhere. However, I could have easily paid the small fee they charge had I been presented with the amount and that option. It always concerns me when business comes before people. Luckily her injury was not so severe that we were able to safely go elsewhere.

Care Now has saved me LOTS of money in Emergency Room Visits. The kids always get sick right around 5 in the evening when Dr's are closing. Well the Care Now Clinic is open til 9 or 10 at night. The Dr's on staff there are very great. If tyou need medicine they check to see if they have samples of the medicine before writing you a prescription. Just that saves tons of money. If you need a dr afterhours, I recommend this place.
