Yes, the prices are high...but the quality of the baby items are hard to beat. I purchased my entire bedding set from Be-Dazzled and although I paid waaay to much for it (looking back) it was beautiful and I loved it! First time moms are so silly...this is an item that your baby will throw up on and poop on! But if you are still in that glowing, magical time...by all means go to Be-Dazzled, they have beautiful things to make your baby's room unbelievably cute!

In November 2008 I paid for two personalized, time sensitive baby items. At the time the store accepted my payment for these items I was told that the gifts would be shipped. By chance, 11 weeks later, I stumbled on the fact that the items never arrived in Chicago.After speaking to two sales representatives and the owner, I received no explanation when I asked why I was never contacted, no acknowledgement that this could be considered unethical business, and no understanding when I was upset When dealing with sentimental gifts the store should accept responsibility when they fail a paying consumer. Overall, I rate this store an F. Be-ware of Be-dazzled.

I am a first time grandma! My daughter-in-law lives out of town and could not find anything she liked for her baby boy nursery. When she came to visit, I took her to be-dazzled! It was a wonderful experience for both of us. The employees at be-dazzled helped my daughter-in-law design the custest baby bedding and custom jungle art work to match her bedding colors. The items were shipped to her and she is delighted. I picked sale furniture and bedding from the showroom floor. It worked out perfectly for grandma's house! The fabric selection is amazing and the girls that work there go out of their way to help create beautiful nurseries. It was so much fun! Pros: great bedding Cons: none

I have shopped at be-dazzled for years. The hand painted and personalized gifts are always well received. with my friends and family. When I found out that I was expecting, I visited several stores in the area. I ended up back at be-dazzled. As a first time mom, I had no idea what I was doing. The staff at be-dazzled is so friendly and knowledgeable. They walked me though my nursery step by step. I purchased furniture, custom bedding, a glider and personalized art work. A few months ago I purchased baby products for my soon to be born niece. At the time of the sale I was quoted a 4-6 week delivery time. 11 weeks passed and my mom was in Chicago visiting my sister and the new baby when she noticed that my "surprise" was not there. I quickly checked my credit card statements and saw that the charge cleared so I then contacted the store. I spoke to two managers that day who told me that their supplier did not have the item I purchased and they did not know if or when it would be available. I asked why I was never contacted and they said "sorry". I then asked to speak to the owner who called me two day's later only to eventually say the same thing..."sorry". Aweful customer service and (in my mind) aweful business practices aside, I would be weary of this store. They take your money and then it is up to you to find out if they ever provide the product as paid for. Pros: none Cons: never fulfilled a sale and never called to tell me so

My sister-in-law and a few friends have recently had babies and I have been shopping at various baby stores lately. I was in town this past weekend to get something for my SIL's baby that would match her nursery. Wow - The customer service I received at this particular store was painful. I have never seen such a disorganized store. How are you supoosed to find anything? The person who helped me can best be described as dingy. I asked her to show me the fabric pattern of my SIL's nursery and she kept bringing out out the wrong one (I know the name and each time - wrong name of fabric!) Prices are very expensive here for "custom bedding". I have seen their customs patterns at many boutiques both in Dallas and Houston so I am surpised they can call it custom (certainly not unique). Pros: Sorry Cons: Strange Customer Service; Pricey
