I've visited a few times with my family and the food is always amazing. I despise mushrooms but always manage to order the brat stuffed caps as an appetizer.
Went with a friend visiting from Germany and he loved the place due to the fact they had the most edible bread he had encountered during his month long visit.
They also have some great beers. I may have to go up there this weekend and just have an appetizer so I can try more than 2.
Pros: Great food, great breads
Cons: may need reservations on weekend

Jasper's is a very nice restaurant. The food is excellent and nicely presented. The bar is extremely popular. Although is always very busy and a little noisy by the bar, I would recommend this to everyone who is looking for a restaurant for a special occasion. Price is high, but not unreasonable.

Best schnitzel this side of the Atlantic! Jorge has a number of schnitzel, wurst, and beer choices. Most dishes include spaetzel or potato salad, both highly recommended. Try the cream sauces on the schnitzel for a heavier, belly-rubbing meal, or schnitzel with the lignon berry sauce. Service is always friendly at Jorge's. Customer will usually find Jorge sitting at the bar and his wife standing behind it. Good friendly place to go. Bring the kids.

Once you have experienced REAL, authentic, good Chinese food, nothing else compares. Thankfully, First Chinese BBQ is on that level. And I have tried a LOT of places. Cash only, but worth it.
Some reviews here complained about the service. I have had nothing but very good service, no matter what time of day. For those who have had problems, please ... give them another shot.

I consider my self a sushi fanatic and have dinned all over Dallas at every Asian restaurant at least once. I have found my new favorite Asian restaurants in Dallas. The other night my wife and kids were all set to go out, and upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the manager at the door and his friendly hostess. After they showed us to our table, Cindy who was our server greeted us immediately. I have to admit I'm picky when it comes to service but she gave my family one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. The kobe hot rock was sooooo much fun and the sushi was the best I have had plus the price is so reasonable. One of the managers Chad came by to make sure we were all having a great time. It's really nice to see a place thats food matches it's service........ "Geisha" is my families new home away from home. Next time were bring in our friends to sit at the Hibachi grill it look like everyone was having a lot of fun.
Pros: Price is at the advantage for there guest

My family went to this restaurant and there were 11 of us--1 kid. We ordered the family style, which was kind of expensive, but a better deal than all of us buying individual meals. We were then brought tons of food. The good thing about this place is you can ORDER MORE!!! If they bring you 10 raviolis for the 5 of you and you want 10 more, you just tell them. NO extra price! What a deal! I definitely want to go back there. Yummy!!

This is the warmest, friendliest sushi spot in Dallas with the greatest variety for the least money. Try the Ono which is a type of swordfish from Hawaii that they sear with a propane torch before serving. The thin seared crust coupled with the soft delicate fish melts in your mouth. They really try to please - and they succeed.
Pros: Inexpensive, Don't need valet, Friendly, quiet
