I have been extremely happy with the services provided by Total Air & Heat Co. Both our furnaces had to be replaced (with new Trane furnaces) this past year. The same team from Total Air & Heat completed both installations quickly and efficiently. They were extremely friendly and courteous, explained what they were doing, how to properly care for the new furnace(s) and cleaned up before they left. We purchased two new Trane high efficiency air conditioning and heating unit about three years ago. The installation was timely and well done. The units have performed better than any air conditioning system we have ever owned. Twice a year they have performed a maintenance check. Although no problems have been found the technicians have indicated that the warranties would be honored.We would recommend this company to anyone who plans to upgrade to a high efficiency air conditioning unit.

We have been calling on Total Air and Heat since 1999 and I have never been anything but completely happy with their service. I called them first because our usual A/C service had a 2 week back log, when I had a thermostat problem. I called Total and not only did they come out SAME DAY, they were able to fit me with a more reliable, less expensive thermostat that day. I've never had more than a day's wait in the past 8 years with them, they don't charge outrageous fees for quick service, and the servicemen are highly qualified and personable.

I had Total Air and Heat install a new Trane a/c unit for $3,046 and it wasn't installed correctly which resulted in damage to the unit. They came out and fixed the problem. Then they came out for preventative maintenance and apparently the installers forgot to install an expansion valve that I paid for ($400) and as a result my system is not working properly. Now they are telling me that they refuse to install the valve that they were supposed to install in the first place unless I let them install a new coil for $1,800. Needless to say, I am going to get my $400 back for the expansion valve, cancel my service contract, and find another company.

I had my air conditioner break on the 4th of July. I called this place and a service person came out, fixed it for me and didn't charge me a holiday fee. He was so nice that he ended up staying for our BBQ later on. This place is honest and very, very, friendly. I highly recommend it. PROS: An honest and friendly place CONS: Nothing, it's that great
