The theory and idea of Kumon ed services was never a good idea. Giving kids only around 15 minutes to do HW? That is not enough time to learn or review anything! Also, the prices are really high, too high for 15 minutes a day! The content is either too hard or too easy and you cannot select which level you want to be at, A B C D E F G H I J. A is the lowest, J is the highest? Ummm... ok! Exactly opposite of how EVERYTHING else works. A should be highest and F should be lowest. The ppl who made kumon do not know to make kids learn something and remember it. There are NO positive benefits. Just a huge waste of money. DO NOT GO TO KUMON!!!

This farce of a 'company' burned a hole in a $500 dress. First they tried to deny they done it, and once challenged admitted to burning it with a strong cleaning agent.
They are refusing to pay compensation and when asked to pay some money towards the repair, the response was "SO SUE!!"
So far they have refused to give back the dress and its got to the stage where I need to get the law involved. Its very disappointing.
Please stay away, its just not worth it!
