I've used G O Keller twice to clean my 5 x 8 wool rug and two wool runners. Both times everyone--from the service rep on the phone to the driver who picked up and returned the rugs--was courteous and efficient. The longtime staff is loyal and pleasant, and considering the extremely embarassing condition the rugs were in thanks to two pets and living in the woods, I thought the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Pros: Courteous staff, spotless rugs!

Footprints offers a variety of shoes at lower prices, mostly for women. The store itself is medium sized and is designed just like DSW. In the front, as you walk in, there are higher-priced shoes and in the back, and on the side of the store, there are clearance shoes separated into different sizes. There are places to sit and try on shoes at the end and middle of each aisle and the store is always very neat and tidy. I have had a good shopping experience every time I have shopped at Footprints.
