we had precision builded us a FOUR SEASON sunroom the roof leak a few times we call they came out did some work to try to fix the problem and had the nerve to charge us a few hundred dollars for that but gave us a written guarantee not to leak. Just this past winter guess what it leak again, now they said they would fix it but wants to charge us again gave us two prices one for 300.00 and one for 1000.00 I called and complain many times not understanding if it is a four season room why wasn't it guarnatee not to leak what good is a room that I paid over 10.000.00 and the roof leaks NOT USE THEM I now am going to have to go to a lawer to find out what I can do. Also had windows go bad in my sunroom and also had to pay to replace them again Don the owner say they had no guarnatee. Snow ball would freeze in hell before I would recommend them.
