This is an excellent bakery. I use it primarily around holidays to order frozen pies. The pies are frozen uncooked, and you put them in the oven frozen to bake. Everyone thinks they are home made and it certainly takes the pressure off baking for the holidays. I would certainly recommend this shop for the frozen pies.

GOOD FOOD, CAN BE DIFFICULT TO GET A SEAT AT THE BAR, BUT STILL WORTH THE WAIT. GREAT HOOK UP FACTOR, WITH LOTS OF ATTRACTIVE WOMEN. SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF REGULARS, TOO. GOOD SPOT FOR FRIDAY NITE.

My first trip to the Rochester could not have been better. Friendly city, friendly people, friendly atmosphere. The icing on the cake was dinner at Richardson's Canal House. The service was excellent. I had the beef tenderloin and it was very, very good. The Canal House is a "must" when in the area.

When I was younger this place used to be called Rocky Mountain Pizza and it was located in Brighton's Twelve Corners. I was thrilled when about two years ago they opened a location in Pittsford Village. I love their Potato and Bacon pizza, Ravioli Pizza, and their Mac 'n Cheese Pizza is the absolute best. They have an incredibly unique selection of pizzas, and for the less adventurous, they do have regular old cheese as well. I must also throw out that they have the best chicken caesar salad I've ever had, though it might be a little expensive. The pizza is very reasonably priced at about $3/slice, especially for being a novelty food. Not for everyone, but definitely a favorite of mine.

This wegmans is huge. They have a ton of prepared food sections were you can get seafood, subs, and a lot of other types of foods. They even have a desert section. Wegmans had Dibellas subs, which are a lot better than subway and quiznos subs. This wegmans also have a banquet room along with all the other grocery items all wegmans has. Wegmans is an excellent store.

This is an upscale restaurant attached to the Erie Depot Hotel in Pittsford. Surroundings are elegant, service is quite good and food is topnotch. I've only had lunches here, but highly recommend it. For an upscale restaurant, prices are very reasonable. Cuisine would be considered continental. I've never been disappointed with any meal. I particularly enjoy the sweet potato chips that they serve with sandwiches.

The last time I knew this place was bought by the Fruit & Salad co. The quality of the food has always been consistently good and whenever I crave Penne Vodka I have to resist coming here (because the prices are a bit steep for everyday eating). Overall I would say that the food here is good and for a nice weekend family outing where you'd want to go to a place nicer than a dinerand better-tasting than a chain restaraunt it would be an appropriate place to go eat. However, if you're looking for truly exceptional food I would look elsewhere.

This restaurant is located along the Erie Canal, amongst other restaurants and shops.
It is a small family-run restaurant and once you are inside, you feel as though you are in a real taverna. The homemade humuus is delicious and the gyros are great for lunch or a light dinner. There are very unique pizzas on offer, as well as traditional Greek fare, using a variety of Greek cheeses seldom found elsewhere.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. It's a cozy little shop where you can have a cup of excellent coffee with a pastry and relax in front of their fireplace, or you can buy the beans to take home. Since they moved the coffee roaster to another location, it certainly smells better.
