This small gym is located in residential Squirrel Hill, within easy walking (or jogging) distance of many homes. The gym's fees are reasonable, especially for a private, locally owned gym, and the location is unbeatable. Though Silverio's doesn't have the full range of equipment or services that some larger gyms have, the friendly staff and owners as well as familiar faces of other patrons make it a relaxed place to work out. No meat-market feel; the clientele is generally 40 and up. Hours are kind of inconvienent, though, as the gym doesn't stay open very late. Nevertheless, great value for a gym near your home.
