Our little girl of 16 yrs passed away at 5:30pm and did not know what we were going to do. I called Oak Crest and talked to Philp Donatelli and asked what arrangements we could make and found out that he was closing in 10 minutes. I told my wife I could take her tomorrow at 7:30am but she was too upset to wait. I called Philip back and he was so understanding he said he would wait for us. He showed so much compassion and respect, that I will never forget.\r thank you,\r

Philip Donatelli was so compassionate, caring, and respectful at such a trying time for our family. He handled arrangements in such a loving way that we knew we made the right decision in choosing OakCrest for his cremation service. Sam was treated with the dignity and respect he deserved and that we desried for him. Everyones pet is safe with OakCrest. Thank you, Philip.

I was pleased that my cat's remains were removed promptly, but had to make a few calls, as I was not personally contacted. Also, I requested that her remains be mailed, and they were received very timely, but I was disappointed that the remains of a 4lb cat were in a small cardboard box, and not even a decorative tin for the $100.00 fee. I did not receive a certificate of remains as the brochure stated. Quick turnaround time, though.
