They have a good internet manager, easier to deal with(relatively) and response in time. It is the only dealer I met here who accepts whole sale price from consumer reports mag. After several months, the car hit the curb, they do a good job to repair it, quickly and well finished, of course, with a big bill. more

Good, clean service 8/17/2005

I've brought my car to Rohrich twice now and each time been satisfied with the service. The first time I went, my car had been hit by a loose tire shred on the highway. They gave me a good estimate and completed the work quickly. The back bumper repair could've been better though. I brought it in another time for a broken window regulator (common on VWs apparently). Again, service was done quickly. They wash the outside of the car after each servicing, which is always nice. If only they'd vacuum the inside for me too! more

Body work; fairly expensive but good results. 8/16/2005

This collision center is owned by the Rohrich Group, who also own many automobile dealerships. If you are looking for inexpensive body work, don't go here. On the other hand, if you want good work and your insurance will cover it, this is a good choice. The salespeople are friendly and give (relatively) honest estimates for repair. Repair was done well and promptly; no complaints other than the expensive bill. more
