My one and only dining experience at this place was terrible from beginning to end. When we got there, we were ignored until we finally seated ourselves. Over 20 minutes after we had placed our orders, our waiter finally returned to tell us they were out of turkey, which was what two of the people in my party had ordered. So they ordered something else. About forty five minutes later, our food finally arrived. And it was all cold. No refills on drinks. Our waiter was not to be found and we had no knives, so we had to get them from another table. We saw a waiter nearly spill food and drink on the people near us. We were there almost two hours due to the slow service. The restaurant was not that crowded either, so there was no excuse for the amount of time we spent there. The only saving grace was that the manager comped everything, but I will never go back.
