Noodles & Company is a welcome place for a reasonably healthy meal. All of their dishes have some sort of pasta or noodle, some Asian, some Italian, and some American like the Wisconsin mac & cheese and the chicken noodle soup. You can get extra chicken or shrimp on any dish you want, which I usually do to offset the carbs a bit. I like their Italian dishes best; the Asian ones kind of all have an overly sharp spiciness. You order up front, then take a number back to your table and wait for them to bring your dishes to you, which is a nice way to do it. Drinks are self serve so you can sip away while you wait.

This resturant has a variety of noodle-based meals to choose from. Each with a distinct blend of spices and tastes to make you want to come back again and again. I really like this resturant because it is a quick meal. This resturant is good for mainly lunch but also dinner. This resturant is also good for vegetarians because almost all of their meals dont have meat unless you request it.
