On occasion I like dive bars, so I figured the Prima might be a good old shot and beer bar. The prices were very reasonable, and it was in walking distance to the Vale Rio Diner if I was so inclined. However, the bar patrons and bartender aren't terribly welcoming to outsiders, so if one is not going there with a regular, one probably doesn't want to venture into the bar. It's a shame, because the place had potential, but they may do well to label it a private club and not have to worry about the intrusion of those who were not regulars.
