I work in the area and we are always ordering out for lunch... Liberty Square is by far my favorite! Try their chicken salad: only white meat, the perfect amount of mayo... It is better than my grandmothers! They have great burgers and fries too!

Val Rio's claim to fame is that it too, like the movie theater in Phoenixvile, was in the movie, the Blob. Blobiness aside, this diner serves your average diner food, but the service is friendly and I like it. It's one of those diners where you are either at the counter or in a window booth- diner style architecture, I guess. Worth checking out.

My husband and I and our two children went into La Taverna the other night and we enjoyed everything from start to finish. The food was amazing, I highly recommend the Chicken Saltimbocca. It was a little pricey, but for that service and the quality of the food, it was worth it! We intend on going back very soon.

Beyond the glistening steel and neon, Vale Rio offered great food at reasonable prices. The workers were always nice and hospitable, even in the middle of the night. :) Unfortunately it recently closed, but hopefully they'll open it up somewhere else!!

I have friends and family who will walk in my door after hours on the road and say to me, Let's get Sals. It is the best pizza ever. The sweet sauce, salty cheese, and doughy crust make for an enjoyable pizza experience. We usually do take out, but the people who work there are nice in between the football, soccer, and other sports cheers.

Having an Iron Hill come to Phoenixville still delights me to no end. There's nothing better than having a fresh, quality beer with a good meal. From salads, burgers, pizzas or larger entr????es the food is consistently good. Iron Hill also had a decent kids menu with many options, plus the staff is friendly to the kids. I'm always a fan of a restaurant where adults can have good food and drinks while bringing the whole family.
If you want to try something different, we are big fans of the monthly beer dinners. Each month there is a new two-course dinner with beer pairings. Always yummy!

I was passing in the area and my boyfriend & I wanted Italian food. We Had a delicious chicken & mushroom dish over spaghetti and pasta davinci which had clams and shrimp in a white sauce with spagehetti. The dishes were out of this world fresh and homemade. It also came with a big salad and great garlic bread. good prices.Frank onwer & wife friendly people to talk to. A cute little Italian restaurant.

One thing I disliked about Phoenxville when I moved here was the lack of Chinese food - until I discovered King Chef. The wonton soup is delicious (and works better than chicken soup for curing a cold!), the breading for sweet and sour chicken was perfectly crispy, and the beef and broccoli was very fresh (no overdone shoe-leather food here!). Delivery time was fairly decent, too. I really don't miss my old Chinese restaurant after having King Chef's food!

this is the best seafood resturant in the area. we live next door to red lobster but we"ll drive the 40 minutes to go here. the food is excellant along with the service. the building makes you think your at the shore.
