I called Country Nails a several days ago to schedule an appointment for a pedicure and requested the doors to be open because I am 5 months pregnant. I forget the name of the girl I had but she was young,very talkative, and intelligent. I came back today because I broke a nail and they fixed it at no additional charge. If you are looking for great customer care and a personalized experience , I highly reccomend Country Nails.

I believe the salon is reasonably priced. I have been to many different salons and this salon offers the best customer service. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It is a cute warm place and the staff actually don't speak their language in front of you. I would recommend going here because they listen carefully to what you want. They also give you extra messaging, and hot towels with all services including in a manicure, pedicure, and even just polish changes. They also have a wide selction of colors (OPI, ESSIE, and CHINA GLAZE and also keep up to date with the new colors that come out). If you have trouble picking out a color, they will take the time to help you pick the best color for your skin tone, and I never feel rushed out the door. I've been going to this place ever since they have been open and haven't had any complaint. They are the cleanest salon i have ever been to and are very particular in sanitizing their equipment. Everytime I come here to get a manicure, they always do an excellent job and my polish always stays on for almost two weeks because they use better products than other salons! I think it's because they use a special kind of anti-chip top coat thatalso dries quickly too, which other salons don't use. Before I got married, my bridal party came here to get their nails done and th service was super. The owner actually took the time to buy my party some light refreshments and added complimentary special spa exfoliation to the service I was getting done. The experience was very pleasant Appointments are recommended and they will call you a day ahead to remind you of the appointment. I highly recommend this place! Oh yes, they also have the cutest dog named Peaches

I was told to go here by a family member who goes here every two weeks to get her nails done. She likes it because you can make appointments with them and they call you ahead of time. That is a nice reminder. Since I just moved to the area, I thought I would give it a try. The people were very nice. They had the cutest dog. I was getting an American manicure done so I am not sure about their polish selection. I had a young man doing my nails and he was pleasant. I didn't know their prices so I asked him and when he told me I realized that I would be paying $9 more than I would for a refill than at my last salon! My last salon cost $11 for refills and this salon cost $20 for refills. That is the cost of getting on tips at my last salon. My last salon also had a big screen tv and leather executive type chairs at every nail station. This salon did not have a tv that was visible to me and the chairs were not comfortable. I was wondering what I was paying $9 extra for? I've never been to a nail salon (and I go to many different ones) where I've paid over $13 for refills. $20 is way overpriced. I will not be returning since there is no incentive to paying that much.
