My husband and I contacted this company to get a water slide. We asked several questions and told the representative that we were also looking at a water slide with a different company. Upon telling them this, they spent 10 minutes very aggressively telling us negative things about all the other companies out there and became very rude when we stated we liked the other companies water slide a little better for what we were going to use it for. I actually had to just hang up to get them off the phone. DO NOT CALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE GRILLED AND LISTEN TO HOW BAD ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES ARE. By the way we did rent from the other company and was VERY PLEASED WITH THEM!!! I do not want to bring their name into this so I won't mention their name.

This really is a terrible company. We also were told "there was no record of our call" when we called an hour into our party that the jumper had deflated. We were told by the operator that they "would definitely replace the jumper within an hour" Then, nothing happened. Three calls later and the party now over we gave up. We called on Tuesday of the next week and were told they wouldn't give a refund, because the jumper was fine and they had no record of our call. We mentioned that with over 75 people at the party, we had a lot of witnesses that the jumper went down. They could care less. This company has had a California tv station investigate it after all of the terrible stuff they have done to customers. Stay away at all costs.

Every thing was fine till the pick up. The pick up time was between 530 to 830 pm. At 930pm I called Jump For Fun and said we are going to bed becauce we have to be out of the house by 5am the next morning so pick it up the next day. I did talk to a lady at the company. At 10 pm I was awakened by people in my back yard. Did I tell you my gate was locked. So some how the got into my back yard with a locked gate. Oh ya they did not knock at the frnt door to tell us the showed up. They told me they go into the back yard of customers houses with out knocking because customes don't want to be botherd. I called the company back and they said we have no record of me calling. The girl on the phone also told me there policy it to just go into the back yard because their customers want us not to bother them late at night. Cons: Read details
