The travel agents from this company promised quite a lot on air tickets and packages. So we went ahead and booked tickets from them. The tickets were not delivered on time and we had to finally pick them up from 20 miles from us. would try other options next time on.

I have stayed at the Arizona Biltmore and I thought it was a gorgeous property. I love Frank Lloyd Wright's work and this hotel is stunning in its architecture. The rooms are nicely appointed with a classic feel. The pools are beautiful and the wait staff is great.

But old! It's Frank Lloyd Wright, and I should preface this with telling you that I don't especially care for that style of architecture. The hotel is very old, and it shows. This was clearly a top-notch, awesome hotel in like the 50's and 60's. Now, it's still all the same as it was back then. And frankly, it kind of smells in there. I know it's supposed to be one of the nicest hotels in Phoenix, but I can think of 10 other resorts which are nicer! The rooms are nothing to brag about- they're old- and that's about it when it comes to the Biltmore. Oh, and every president since Eisenhower or something has stayed here.
