Good: On 12/12, I was stranded at a busy gas station with a dead car. My ins. co ref. A&E Towing. I called and they showed up within 30 mins. They were courteous, helpful and most of all, my car started! Two weeks later, my dealership fixed the prob: ignition/security switch. What made this situation more urgent was, a little (underprivileged) girl was waiting for me to pick her up to take her to the Nutcracker Ballet. Because of A&E's super and quick service, we ate dinner and made it to the Ballet on time!. Other: I would absolutely recommend A&E Towing. Their owner is a particulary generous and caring man... I didn't expect that, but that's exactly what I got. He's special. Thanks for a job well done....

When I called this towing company, I had locked my keys in my car at the mall. The gentleman who answered the phone was so pleasant on the phone and assured me that he would have someone out to help very quickly, 20-30 minutes at most. Less than 15 minutes later a tow truck pulled up and the driver had my car unlocked in less than 2 minutes. I was very surprised at the price. Much less than the other companies that I had called. I thought that I would pay over a hundred dollars. I paid half of that. Amazing service! Thank you very much AE Recovery! Your driver Dan was so enjoyable. I will recommend you to others and your number is in my phone under "towing" just like Dan suggested. Best wishes!

Good: When I called, I was greeted by a very friendly voice. I was broken down on the side of the freeway near the tunnel. Dan told me that he would have a driver out to me in about 30 minutes. When he told me how much it would be to get me home, I was very surprised. I had called other companies before and I was looking at over a hundred dollars to get home to Peoria. I got home for about half of that. No more than 20 minutes had gone by and a tow truck was there. I would recommend this towing company always.. Bad: Nothing about this towing company was not to like. The pricing was phenomenal! The customer service was excellent. The driver was extremely friendly. The tow truck looked great. I was expecting a tow truck to smell like a tow truck. The tow truck smelled pleasant and was very clean inside. The driver was very professional in explaining everything that he was doing with my car without being annoyed or agitated.. Improvements: This company needs no improvements that I can see. A+++. Performing repossessions for the finance company you have a loan with does not make our company unethical. Ethics deals with morality. Immoral: marked by immorality; deviating from what is considered right or proper or good. It is condidered proper and right and good to make the payments on your auto loan. I do believe that it is unethical to not make those payments, and not unethical for a finance company to want the car back that you are unable to afford.

Now my kids cant go to school because we live way far from school. How can you live with yourself Mr tow guy???
