This hospital is absolutely amazing! They are just wondering with the children. Every single staff member...from the check in staff, nurses, doctors and more they are just wonderful with the children. My daughter had to go their to have some testing done and they had two nurses assigned to her to take care of her while she was there. They also had another girl, some kind of specialist, that her job was just to attend to my child and explain everything to her that was happening and calm her down. She had bags of toys and books that she kept bringing out to keep her busy and explained everything in such a simple way so she wasn't scared. I was so impressed with their services!

Everything at Phoenix Children's Hospital is wonderful. When one of my girls needed to see a neurologist, this is where I wanted to take her. The staff is wonderful and the women that did her EEG were amazing. They were so caring and they went slowly so she wouldn't be scared. This is something I had worried about for weeks prior to having it done. But they made it painless. They really help make the family feel at ease.
