My daughter has seen Dr. Kaus since birth (she's 2) and we are now taking our newborn twins to her. She is wonderful, kind, patient and understanding. We've also seen several other doctors within the same practice when Dr. Kaus was not available - all the doctors and nurse practitioners at NWCC have been fabulous. I would recommend Dr. Kaus and Northwest Clinic for Children to all parents!

We've been going to Dr. St. Jacques since we moved to Phoenix in June 2003. We now have 3 boys, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff at Saguaro Pediatrics! One of my sons has asthma & allergies, so we go in a lot at times. We see the Nurse Practitioner, Amy Eby, on most sick visits. Amy, the nurses, and Dr, St Jacques are always kind and knowledgable and talk TO my children not down to them. They remember us each time we come in. Since one of mine is sick, I think I go in too much sometimes, but they never make any of my questions or concerns seem trivial. They've even made numerous check-up calls to my home to make sure everything is going ok.

This hospital is absolutely amazing! They are just wondering with the children. Every single staff member...from the check in staff, nurses, doctors and more they are just wonderful with the children. My daughter had to go their to have some testing done and they had two nurses assigned to her to take care of her while she was there. They also had another girl, some kind of specialist, that her job was just to attend to my child and explain everything to her that was happening and calm her down. She had bags of toys and books that she kept bringing out to keep her busy and explained everything in such a simple way so she wasn't scared. I was so impressed with their services!

Dr. Kaigl has been seeing my daughter for 5 years. He is the best doctor I've had for my children. He is easily accessible after hours and doesn't rush you through a visit. The staff is actively involved in the care of patients and do not hesitate to assist parents in anyway they can. We moved well to the other side of town but I don't mind making the drive to see Dr, Kaigl.

I am a kidney transplant patient, I was reccomended to this place all the way from Akron, Ohio.
I few years ago I had major problems getting my very expensive immnosupressents. I am a Medicare patient, with no other insurances. Well to make a long/sad story short I has the fotunistic oppertunity to run into one of their Transplant Social Workers, by the name of Julie LaMantia. I'm telling you, this woman can work magic when it comes to getting people the meds they need. And she will keep checking up on you to see that you got your meds, then she will try to make it easier to get help if you happen to run into a problem again. I highly reccomend this place to people who need help with post transplant help.

I took my cat to Dr. Babcock after another vet couldn't find the problem with my precious Smokey. After doing an exam, listening as I talked of what was happening with Smokey, and drawing some blood for some lab work, Dr. Babcock diagnosed my little girl with a fatty liver disease. After hospitalization for a few days and treatment, Smokey came home and has been just purrfect since.
The staff was phenomenal. They were so gentle and loving with my baby. They allowed me to visit everyday and stay as long as I wanted to be with her. I will be forever grateful for the care Smokey received. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know that has any kind of pet.
Just another note: During my visits I saw all different kinds of animals being treated at Palo Verde Animal Hospital. It was really an extraordinary experience.

Apothecary Shops is a different kind of pharmacy. This is a location I have visited a few times, and I really enjoy the waiting area. The floors are embedded with garnet chunks, and are surrounded by some fairly unique tiles. There is a leather sofa, and a tv to watch. There is also a nice looking fish tank. The service is a lot more personable here than at any drugstore I have been to. There are no giant glass windows to try and talk to, and the associate’s are patient and understanding. No one enjoys being sick or needing a pharmacy, but when I have had need, this was much more comforting experience.

I didn't think that I would be comfortable with a male OB/GYN but Dr. Lippard is great. He will answer any and all questions and has a way of making you feel very at ease and usually has some basic medications on hand he can give you right away. The office was right down the street from my work downtown so that was very convenient. I usually had a wait a while but not too much.
