In a good way of course. I don't think that if I worked there and risked getting bitten by every nervous or frightened animal that I'd still be as awesome and nice as the people who work at animal clinics.
Ahwatukee is such a higher class area of Arizona and Phoenix in general, so obviously the look of the place was above average and very comfy. The employees were very very nice (as I said before) and I really liked the way they treated my kitty and they way they treated me too =)
I just think the resulting bill is something to weep over! Health insurance doesn't cover the health of my kitty so I had to pay full price (shudder). Ugh....

This office is amazing!!! and amazingly busy as everyone seems to be flocking here to have their babies!!! Scheduling can be hairy, but well worth the wait! There is a doc on call at Desert Sam at all times, so a stranger will not be delivering your baby. Great after care and very very wonderful front office and nursing staff! :-)

I cannot say enough positive things about this practice. I have been going to this location for 8 years now. I have been to other OB/GYN's and been relatively unimpressed. The doctors here take a personal interest in you and your well-being. The care you will receive is excellent. They are knowledgeable and explain things to you in a way you can understand.
The office is very busy, but friendly with a relaxing atmosphere. The waiting room is pleasant and roomy. The medical assistants are friendly.

I've only been going to Dr Asin for 2 and a half years, but have been seeing doctors regularly since 1981 for chronic pain, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. And in all these years Dr Asin would be one of the two best I've seen (the other saved my life in 2000).
He really cares that I'm not in pain and sends me to specialists when I need one. He's very friendly, direct and to the point, and truly cares that I have a better life, health-wise. I remember him saying on one of my very first appointments that if I am in pain, it can't be easy to enjoy life. And that is what he helps and want me to do, enjoy life.
The other thing really great about Dr Asin is that he works with me to find the right combinations of meds. I have been on so many meds since I was 18 for all kinds of stuff. Dr Asin and I want to reduce the amount of medicines I take without reducing the correct effects of the meds. This to me is great, the less meds the better, and he agrees!
Anyone would be blessed to have Dr Gerald Asin as their doctor!!!
And is nurse, Robin, is so efficient and as nice as Dr Asin.

I would not recommend all of the doctors in this office. The waiting times are horrible, you almost always have to sit in the waiting room PAST your appointment time, THEN they take you back and make you sit in a room and wait some more. I have seen almost every doctor in this office, with the exception of a few. I recommend: Dr. Carnicky: such a gentle, genuinely caring Doc. He helped me with a nasty ear infection, had such a sympathetic ear, VERY helpful. EXCELLENT manner about him. I also recommend Dr. Paul Steingard, no complaints there. I DON'T recommend Dr. Milissa Cooper. She has NO people skills, never friendly. I am not saying this to be vindictive, I am being truthful, she was NEVER nice to me. Never felt like I had thorough care. I also do not recommend Dr. Scott Steingard, he has actually told some patients that he does not know how to treat them. I am writing this out of personal, truthful experience. I am not doing this to be spiteful, I am just trying to save others from going through a rough time trying to find a doctor. Also, about getting a reply when calling the office and wanting something like a referral or some other question, good luck at getting a prompt answer. That is something that is lacking also.

Great place to get your teeth cleaned and take care of all your dentistry needs. The staff and the doctor both are very professional and well trained and the quality of work is amazing. They take time to explain you the procedure and whats going on with your teeth. The clinic itself is clean with comfortable chairs and the whole decor is nice and soothing

I originally saw DR Williams, who is nothing short of amazing. But because he is so great, I had to plan my visits in advance which can be hard when you have a small children! So, I alternated between Tim & Sonia and received excellent care. However, the front office staff when I first started using this office was really bad. Someone at the office must have taken some of these reviews to heart, because in the last year or so, there has been a complete turn around. I am especially thankful for Michelle and Janice who have answered the phones every time I've called in the last several months. They have been consistently professional and caring, even when I can tell that they are busy. They always take an extra few seconds to ask me how I am when I tell them my name. Needless to say, this is definitely not the reception I had gotten prior to these wonderful women being hired. Also, after Sonia left, then Tim, I was really considering finding a new office. Then, Thank God, the amazing Cathy Guinan walked into my room. Honestly, for the first time ever, I truly feel like the person that I've entrusted with my healthcare REALLY cares about my well being. She has taken the time to explain different medications, check and recheck any possible drug interactions, explain how my different illnesses function and why and gives me choices on how my treatment will work. They say that patients and their healthcare provider are supposed to be partners and work together. This is the first time I've felt that I have a partner in my healthcare. Cathy...if you read this...you are AWESOME!! THANK YOU!!
Pros: Cathy, the newest NP. Michelle & Janice answering phones.

I always take my dogs here for illness as well as routine vaccinations. The vet and the staff all love the animals and are well trained and professional. They have an excellent nurturing and caring approach towards the animals. The facility is clean and well maintained and the prices are very reasonable.

I got a free certificte after I adopted my puppy from the Humane Socient and I could use it here to have my new puppy checked here. He ended up with worms and the doctor took very good care of him, sent us home with medicine and even called in a few days to see how he was and I thought this was going above the "call of duty" to call me and check on him. I would def go back.
