We found this company online and are happy we did. We have been looking for the last several months to find a senior care facility for our aunt. She has no one and only has Medicare but still needs professional care. With the help of their team we got a list of 5 facilities that met our needs.

This is a nice hotel, but not for the price. They do have a great little water park and the staff is generally friendly but the hotel desperately needs updating. There were bugs in the bathrooms and the elevators and rooms look like something out of the 70's. The resort is very hard to navigate, too - a lot of one way streets and confusing roads and buildings. This is a nice hotel though if you can get a discounted rate... otherwise, go elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment for a CT Scan. I went there 15 minutes before my appointment was scheduled, they verified my insurance information etc... They let me wait an additional 30 minutes just to tell me that the doctor is on lunch and they don't know when he might be back (although my appointment was scheduled). I got re-scheduled for 2 days later. Went there 5 minutes before the appointment, they AGAIN verified everything and I again had to wait almost 45 minutes. They cannot keep their schedule - I would NOT recommend going there, if you have another option!
Pros: nothing really
Cons: poor customer service, cannot keep their schedule
