horrible service and lousy product. the store personnel will not follow up with problems and do not care about service or problems with merchandise. if you insist on shopping at this horrible i would advise taking pics of your merchandise and recording everything that is promised by these people. that is probably the only way you will stand half a chance of not getting ripped off. STAY AWAY FROM PRUITTS!!!

The worst customer service I have ever received. I have been paying for my furniture for 2 months and still do not have it in my house. Kyle, the GM, is careless, rude, combative and will urge you to file a complaint with the BBB. They have a lot of furniture, but if you like paying for something you dont have in your house, go somewhere else. Kyle and the other GM will tell you to do that themselves! They will not try to make you happy, or do anything to resolve the issue. They will also tell you that themselves. Take their advice and DO NOT shop at Pruitts! I, and my family, have been a customer there for 20+ years. Once they have your money they could care less about you or your situation.

If you expect any kind of customer service, do not shop here. Their delivery people are clumsy and dropped not one but two pieces of furniture upon delivery. Trying to get damaged furniture replaced is like pulling teeth. Months go by with only lip service. They give dates and blow them without the slightest care. Even store Managers keep dropping the ball. And they WILL NOT let you talk to the owners about their ineptness. My advice is to run. Run far and fast away from this miserable excuse for a store.

This store has many many rooms full of furniture, all of very good quality. I think this is one of the best furniture stores in Phoenix because of the variety of styles of furniture available. This store has been around forever and is a Phoenix stable for furniture purchasing or just plain old window shopping for the future.

I have been a long time customer of this huge furniture store in the past and am never disappointed. They have a great selection, reasonable prices and quality service. After trying a larger furniture store and being hugely dissatisfied, I will do my future shopping at Pruitt's. Pruitt's also has a carpet store on site. I have been very happy with the carpet we purchased at Pruitt's as well.
