This place has 2 buildings made to look like an Irish stone cottage & a Stone Hall with stain glass windows. It is run by knowledgeable volunteers. There is a museum, a gift shop, a dance hall and lots of events that are open to the public. Parking is easy. Admission is a $2 donation. I learned a lot about Ireland and it's people.

Little do most of us know, but downtown Phoenix, in Hance Park, there is the most beautiful Garden you have ever seen. There are waterfalls, a rushing stream, giant Koi fish, several kinds of bamboo, and lovely imported and manicured trees and other plants. There is a shaded winding path, lovely statues and picturesque backdrops for you to ponder. This is open to the public, for a nominal fee. (I think a dollar) You can rent the large garden privately, for wedding ceremonies or other functions. I highly recommend it for pictures. There is a traditional tea house where Japanese tea ceremonies are regularly performed. Don't miss it!

I used this group for pet training, they were very kind to the animals- I was very impressed with all the experience that the trainers had.
I was given lots of tips that I could use in between classes- I could really see how my dog was learning from week to week-
they have classes for puppies all the way to older dogs- as they say- even older dogs can learn new tricks

I worked out here for about a year (the only I reason I left was to cut down costs) and I loved all the equipment they had there. The machines were always incredible and the facilities were well kept. I got the best workout at this place because they had top of the line electric machines and weight lifting stuff that isn't available anywhere else. The prices aren't terrible, either especially if you can get in while they're having a promotion.

More
Unless you consider four different Chinese restaurants in one center to be a "cultural experience," the Chinese Cultural Center is not for you. It is merely a shopping center with an ethnic grocery store, offices, a very exquisite bridal shop and the aforementioned restaurants.
This is not really the place to get a feeling for what Chinese culture is all about... no art, music or museums. There is a small meditation garden, but since it's directly next to a busy street, it's hard to get a sense of peace and tranquility.
