When I wandered into the House of Karate I found a place that pushed me to improve myself each day. The physical benefits of strength, coordination, and balance were quick and easy to see. The mental benefits of diminished fear, inner calm, and increased self-esteem took a bit longer to achieve, but now I feel each every day. The spiritual comes from their treating me the way they want to be treated. With respect. Hey, the first lesson is free, try it you'll like it.

I worked out here for about a year (the only I reason I left was to cut down costs) and I loved all the equipment they had there. The machines were always incredible and the facilities were well kept. I got the best workout at this place because they had top of the line electric machines and weight lifting stuff that isn't available anywhere else. The prices aren't terrible, either especially if you can get in while they're having a promotion.
