TRCC was not a bad place to work, if it was I wouldn't have stayed there for as long as I did. At time, the teachers did get flustered but I don't know of any centers that doesn't happen too.

My daughter went to this school for a year. When we started, we were very happy with the school. They were very friendly, helpful, consistent, reliable, honest, and thorough. As the months past, things changed. The staff turnover rate suddenly increased dramatically. The communication went to non existent as did the honesty. We ended up pulling my daughter out and finding a new preschool. We should have done it a lot earlier, but kept waiting for and hoping that PFCC would get their act together. Very disappointed, especially since they were so great in the beginning.

My niece goes there and she absolutely loves this place. The staff is so caring and friendly. They have a wide variety of activities for the all round development of children and they come back home feeling nurtured and satisfied. They also have very competitive prices and a very clean and healthy atmosphere for kids.

I would not recommend this day care for your child. The place is dirty and old and not well kept. The staff was always nice but never did activities with the children. My child went there for about 4 months and never did any crafts or learning activites. They were always watching TV or playing by themselves when I would drop off or pick up (regardless of time of day). My child did not like going there either and always got bruises or bites from other children. I would not recommend this place.

This Is the best daycare in Phoenix!!!!! It is a clean enviornment... Nice teachers... great directors... good menu's and the best people I have ever met Mr. Jim and Mrs. Susie.... Kids Love going to the daycare I don't have anything awful to say about this wonderful daycare

Excellent daycare facility. Very pleased with the education and training of the teachers, the cleanliness of the facility, and the curriculum. Teachers are very involved with the students and really know what they're teaching. I would trust these teachers and this company with the care of any of my children.
Pros: Strict requirements for teachers, comprehensive curriculum

We used Hour By Hour Daycare for several years. They did offer a lot for the kids to do. The summertime was great for the kids, they had field trips each day, which varied in price. They handled infants through after school children. I would recommend their services.

My daughter is a bit fussy with strangers, but most of them are so well trained and are so playful that my daughter is happy with them too. It's just great to have them when I need to go somewhere for a couple of hours. These people are incredible and make kids smile and laugh and that's what actually matters !!

So, my friend's child attend Tutor Time, she is in love with this place, but her son constantly picks, pushes, bites, pulls hair, and basically beats up my kids. The boy is 2 1/2, my kids are 3 and 1 1/2. He has no bounderies, etc. I have asked her on several occasions if he is being bullied at daycare because his aggressiveness is just not normal. He hurts animals, etc. Besides the obvious development issues and the fact the mother is in complete denial: today after MONTHS of me asking her to please talk to the "teachers" and director, she says a boy smacked her son in the face without any reason as she was dropping him off. FINALLY she asks about it and apparently this boy has been bullying and terrorising every kid and her son happens to be one of his biggest targets. The "teachers" said they don't like to interfere, and encourage the children to work things out themselves. EXCUSE ME??? If a child is constantly getting beat up and whatnot, they will NOT interfere??? No wonder this child is seriously disturbed. She is a very dear friend of mine, but I cannot allow his child's presence around my children or pets.
