Metro Lock & Safe Service came out within an hour and changed all my locks. They were on the spot and got it completed quickly.

First off, I thought Metro Lock Service was pretty expensive for what they did. Secondly, the day after the guy installed the locks on the panic door, the bar fell off. It wasn'...

I've been using Metro Lock & Safe Service for years. Most recently, they checked about three different locks on a rental property I have. We re-keyed the whole place, and they had to do it with the three different kinds of locks there already. The technician did a super job. more

Unbeatable customer service, flexible for your schedule 3/19/2012

Everytime that I call Metro Lock and Safe Service they come in promptly and they rearrange their schedule to match yours. I start very early for work and I have multiple buildings and a school in session so for them to service our needs in a prompt manner with my schedules is great. They guarentee good service, and everything they do is perfect. Whenever I have a problem (not caused by Metro Lock) they are able to distinguish it and solve it. Unlike other lock and safe companies, they are willing to explain what they are doing, including the why and how so that we can learn how to fix some problems ourselves. Nothing is a secret and they really want to help. Great customer service. more

Good work, good service, highly recommended. 3/13/2012

Metro Lock & Safe Service came when they said they would, and they did the work they said they'd do. We had them do some simple swapping of locks we were concerned with, some service on other locks, and some extra work with screws. Then they talked to us about security issues afterwards. It was good service. more

Outstanding service. 3/6/2012

The guy from Metro Lock & Safe Service Inc. was outstanding. We've lived in the same house for 29 years, and the door is older, and has an old-style lock. The door handle isn't made anymore, so if he hadn't been able to repair it, I would have had to replace the entire door and now it works beautifully. This was our first experience using this company, but we will absolutely use them again in the future. more

I would be happy to recommend Metro Lock & Safe Service. We are a storage company, and we have several properties here in Phoenix, Arizona, and if we have any problems at all we contact Metro Lock & Safe Service and they are usually here the same day, and if not they are here the next day. They have always done a satisfactory job, but if I have any qualms it would be about the price. though they do have very good service. I'm not a locksmith, so I'm not sure how much locks run these days, but it does seem a little expensive. However, it is a good company, and they do provide good quality service, so I appreciate what they do for us. more

Metro Lock & Safe Service is an awesome company! They are "Yes" people all the way. There is no "No" in their vocabulary! They will find a solution to whatever your needs are. The customer service is great. And, most importantly, they have the greatest attitudes, which is very hard to find in companies nowadays! more

Everything was with Metro Lock & Safe. They showed up when they were supposed to, got the work done in a timely fashion, and they didn't have any trouble. They got it done within an hour and a half, and I have nothing to complain about. more

What I needed. 8/26/2011

We had called tons of other companies, like five different people, before we hit Metro Lock & Safe. All the others were saying that they couldn't get there that day or had a $50 fee just to come out, so it was great that Metro just came out and said that if they can't do it there wouldn't be any charge, and they were able to come out that same day. That was what I needed, and it was really good. more

Fast and friendly locksmith. 8/24/2011

I had used Metro Lock & Safe Service in the past, so I called them again recently when I needed a few keys made that had been lost. The front door latch wasn't working properly, as well. The gentleman who came out was very nice. He arrived promptly--right on time--and finished quickly. He made great keys at a rapid pace, and really handled it. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the front door latch. He showed me that it was working after he had performed the repairs, but it stopped working after he had left. However, when I called I was told the work was under warranty, and they were willing to come back to take a look for me. No one knows what happened between the time it was fixed and the time he left. I'm just glad they are willing to make amends. If you want a lock company that will come out at the time the say, and get the job done, then I would call Metro. They have warranties on their work, which affords some peace of mind. I will definitely use them again. more
