I leased a 2009 Civic and I think I got a great lease deal. I've been comparing Honda prices for a few months and this month, the lease prices were the best prices I have seen. My experience was great and I recommend them.

I bought my car at Bell Honda about a year ago. It took over 6 hours to get the car and paperwork done - not to mention the wheeling and dealing that took place. I am very happy with my car, but will never return to Bell Honda. There are too many dealers out there that have moved away from the typical car dealer tactics and work hard to make your car buying experience almost hassle free.

A car deal was negociated and I went down to sign the papers, and they refused to sell me the car for the agreed upon price. They wanted to charge me thousands more and give me way less than they said for my trade in. This was after I made insurance arangements and the whole deal with buying a new car. I will never shop here again or recommend them to anybody.

They were ok, pretty high pressure sales and it took forever to get out of there. I think they do that one purpose - to wear you down! But, I totally loved my Civic - Honda's Rock!

Bell Honda is a terrible business. They screwed my parents over when they wanted to buy a minivan. They sold the one they wanted, and then tried to sell them a lesser model for the same price. I guess they think all their customers are stupid and wont catch on but my parents did. I just hope others dont fall for their mess.

Bell Honda is a really awesome dealership! Whether you are buying your first Honda or your tenth Honda, Travis Holt the General Manager, and his excellent sales team will make you a great deal.
My two favorite salesmen are Jason Teel, in Fleet Internet, and Camille Volcy in the main showroom. Both guys love the art of the deal and will do what it takes to make you a great deal. Eli Saba in fleet is the manager there, and he's awesome too. He keeps a good selection of Certified Pre-Owned, and a huge selection of new for you to choose from, and he knows how to make the numbers work for you!
When you get to finance you will have Derrek, Jeff and Cory to get you all wrapped up and on your way. They're friendly and happy explain it all to you.
If you bring your car back to Bell Honda for service, you have Travis Millner over in the Service Department who is super nice, and does what it takes to get you back on the road whether it's an oil change or a fix it item, or even a warrant

Bell Honda is an awful business. They charge way too much for their vehicles, and the vehicles arent worth it. We wanted to get a Honda Oddesy minivan with a dvd player and the two sliding doors. They wanted over $40,000 for the van we wanted, had us go through all the paperwork, made the deal, then sold our van out from under us and wanted to give us a cheaper van for the same price. We refused, went to Ford and got a nice 2004 Freestar minivan with a bigger engine, and it was nicer, and for nearly $10,000 less than what Honda was charging

I love my 2009 Honda Civic and happy I purchased it at Bell Honda. As soon as I pulled up in front, two friendly, young men greeted me and opened the door. They asked me if I needed help. I explained that I had an appointment with Carl. They immediately offered to find him for me.
Carl was training a new sales person, Brandon. Together they helped me make a wise, financially sound decision. They answered all my questions in great detail. They repeated many times, that they wanted to help me find something that fit my budget. They made the sale all about me...not them!
They were polite, friendly, respectful and very professional. In fact, I found everyone in the facility to be good natured and made me feel welcome. Everyone I looked at smiled at me. They couldn't have been more amicable.
Derrick, the Financial Officer was very helpful in helping me get the best rate and explained the warranties in simple, easy to understand language.
I was most impressed that Carl and Brandon did not pressure me. No one likes a pushy, bossy car salesman and we have all experienced them. Believe me, if you go to Bell Honda, you will be in control. They will treat you like someone they have known. You won't get the feeling that you just represent a $ mark to them.
I also have confidence that I will get great service when I need it.
Carl took time to introduce me to the Manager. He took time from his busy schedule to thank me for visiting Bell Honda and for my business.
If you're looking for a great car and friendly, professional treatment, then you need to stop by Bell Honda at 701 W Bell Road. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Tell them Shirley sent you and you couldn't believe she is amost 70 years old!
Happy, Safe Driving,
Shirley

After all these years of driving a 1993 Honda Accord EX, I decided it was time to buy another car. I did extensive research on the internet looking at various cars that I thought would meet my needs, would perform to the standards I expect, was priced right and most of all, I would be proud to own and drive. When looking at all these objectives, I always came back to a Honda.
I contacted five Honda dealerships in the Phoenix Tucson areas checking price, dealership history and service departments. On the Honda Website, I studied specification differences between the Accord models and built my “dream car” inside and out.
On February 11, I stopped at Bell Honda to test drive an Accord EX-L to make sure this was the best car for me. I was immediately greeted by Steffan Burris, Senior Sales Consultant, who was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He immediately realized I was a qualified buyer who did not need to be sold on the brand, but instead guided me through the process and made me feel as I was his number one priority. The dealership was well stocked with vehicles to choose from and I immediately narrowed the choice down to two vehicles. After test driving both cars, I could not decide between the two. Steffan took the incentive to present both cars sitting nose to nose so I could physically decide which was “my” car and the decision was made so much easier.
Steffan in advance, prepped Steven Turai, the Business Manager, regarding my loan requirements so he can immediately start the loan process to ensure I received the best loan for my needs. Steven was efficient, professional and knowledgeable which made the process go extremely fast. He explained thoroughly each step and answered every question until he was comfortable I understood the financial obligation I was undertaking.
Thank you Bell Honda for going the extra mile to ensure I am a satisfied customer.
