I love my 2009 Honda Civic and happy I purchased it at Bell Honda. As soon as I pulled up in front, two friendly, young men greeted me and opened the door. They asked me if I needed help. I explained that I had an appointment with Carl. They immediately offered to find him for me.
Carl was training a new sales person, Brandon. Together they helped me make a wise, financially sound decision. They answered all my questions in great detail. They repeated many times, that they wanted to help me find something that fit my budget. They made the sale all about me...not them!
They were polite, friendly, respectful and very professional. In fact, I found everyone in the facility to be good natured and made me feel welcome. Everyone I looked at smiled at me. They couldn't have been more amicable.
Derrick, the Financial Officer was very helpful in helping me get the best rate and explained the warranties in simple, easy to understand language.
I was most impressed that Carl and Brandon did not pressure me. No one likes a pushy, bossy car salesman and we have all experienced them. Believe me, if you go to Bell Honda, you will be in control. They will treat you like someone they have known. You won't get the feeling that you just represent a $ mark to them.
I also have confidence that I will get great service when I need it.
Carl took time to introduce me to the Manager. He took time from his busy schedule to thank me for visiting Bell Honda and for my business.
If you're looking for a great car and friendly, professional treatment, then you need to stop by Bell Honda at 701 W Bell Road. I guarantee you won't be disappointed! Tell them Shirley sent you and you couldn't believe she is amost 70 years old!
Happy, Safe Driving,
Shirley

After all these years of driving a 1993 Honda Accord EX, I decided it was time to buy another car. I did extensive research on the internet looking at various cars that I thought would meet my needs, would perform to the standards I expect, was priced right and most of all, I would be proud to own and drive. When looking at all these objectives, I always came back to a Honda.
I contacted five Honda dealerships in the Phoenix Tucson areas checking price, dealership history and service departments. On the Honda Website, I studied specification differences between the Accord models and built my “dream car” inside and out.
On February 11, I stopped at Bell Honda to test drive an Accord EX-L to make sure this was the best car for me. I was immediately greeted by Steffan Burris, Senior Sales Consultant, who was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He immediately realized I was a qualified buyer who did not need to be sold on the brand, but instead guided me through the process and made me feel as I was his number one priority. The dealership was well stocked with vehicles to choose from and I immediately narrowed the choice down to two vehicles. After test driving both cars, I could not decide between the two. Steffan took the incentive to present both cars sitting nose to nose so I could physically decide which was “my” car and the decision was made so much easier.
Steffan in advance, prepped Steven Turai, the Business Manager, regarding my loan requirements so he can immediately start the loan process to ensure I received the best loan for my needs. Steven was efficient, professional and knowledgeable which made the process go extremely fast. He explained thoroughly each step and answered every question until he was comfortable I understood the financial obligation I was undertaking.
Thank you Bell Honda for going the extra mile to ensure I am a satisfied customer.

We had a salesman who seemed a bit out of it and a bit slow, and he tried telling us a few things that clearly weren't true, but when I subtly made an observation that showed that I'd done my homework and knew he was full of it, he seemed pretty honest from that point. He showed us a couple of cars, took us for a test drive, and finally sat down to talk numbers. As I mentioned, I had done my research, and whipped out a calculator to run the numbers he was giving me. Things seemed to be going well, and we were on pace to a good deal below MSRP, but I wasn't prepared to commit just yet. Then this much younger sales manager charged in and took over the conversation. He treated me like an idiot, and when I showed him numbers that contradicted him, he tried to tell me they were wrong. He was simply loudmouthed, rude, and it really seemed like he was just trying to shout me down. Despite having three quotes and a handful of newspaper ads, he insisted that all Honda dealers sold for the same price, and that there was no way I was getting below MSRP. I told him that I wasn't paying MSRP and he basically said that I would either pay MSRP or I could leave. So I stood up and walked out.
One other thing I should mention..on every sticker, there was a charge for $969 and one for $199. The $969 fee was for something called the "Auto Butler Initial Application" (it was called something else on some stickers, but I didn't write that down--the price was still $969) and the $199 fee was for something called the "Appearance Package." In short, they're trying to charge you over a thousand dollars to take the plastic off the seats and give you a clean car. We finally bought our new car at Arrowhead Honda, and they had none of these ridiculous fees.
I would never buy from Bell Honda, and I strongly encourage none of you to, either. I had a good experience at Arrowhead Honda, so try there.

I had a bad experience here. The sale took hours and they kept offering me deals and then taking the offer back. I tried to walk out twice. I could have left, but I was in the last day of my rental from an accident where the other driver had no insurance and had to get a car that day. I was so unhappy with the transaction. I feel they gave me the run around because I am a woman. On one visit, the sales person actually pointed out the vanity mirror (as if every car doesn't have one). I will never go back there or recommend it to others.
