I am very unhappy with the products and customer service from Lamps Plus. The walnut stained outdoor fixtures I purchased oxidized to a gray color and rusted in less than a year. This is especially unusual for Phoenix which has little rain and minimal humidity. The support bracket of one fixture broke causing the lamp to fall and expose hot wires which burned an area of the exterior wall. Lamps Plus has only offered to refund the cost of the fixtures and not provide free installation for replacements despite the fixtures poor quality. I paid for the fixtures to be installed and should not be accessed additional charges for an electrician to remove the remaining fixture and install new fixtures. The managers I spoke with at Lamps Plus have shown no regard for the additional expenses or that the exposed and broken wires present a fire hazard. They have also failed to honor their commitments to return my phone calls after I contacted them about the issue. I will purchase new fixtures from a source other than Lamps Plus and plan to return all items previously purchased as a result of poor customer service and will not shop at Lamps Plus in the future.

This store has a great selection of unique lighting fixtures. We were trying to redo our downstairs with more modern lighting and we bought everything but our ceiling fan from here. They have a great selection for all styles of decorating and their prices are very reasonable. The items are quality items, too. The staff helped us find exactly what we wanted and even ordered a special chandelier for us. We will be returning to do our upstairs soon! This place was great!

It is a great place to go and get all your lighting needs. They can help and explain exactly how to install it or you can have them install it for you. Employees are very helpful.
