While I was a stay at home mom, I brought my 3 yr-old here at least once a week. She loved it!! She loved playing dress up, playing in the different houses, and especially loved to bounce in the inflatable castle. She was able to use her imagination while playing with other kids.
Unlike the malls, Toy Town is a very clean and safe environment for kids to play in. It is definitely worth the admission and would (and have) recommend Toy Town to anyone with toddlers and preschoolers!

Wow...I am so surprised to hear that anyone thinks that Toy Town is expensive! I just love it. My kids have a blast, I get to hang out with other parents and relax. The place is immaculate, Susan the owner is so wonderful, and my kids can play for hours. There are always coupons available on the website and they offer sibling discounts. My kids ages 3 and 1 can play for quite a long time for about $13! Aside from the free places in the malls where they are sure to get sick, I can't think of a better value! I would encourage anyone to check out this really wonderful place!

We did a moms group meeting here, all of us had kids 2 and under. Though pricey, around 6 bucks, it did entertain them for a good period of time. Its great for when the kids are getting into the pretend and make belive stage. There was plenty of dress up and activities for all the kids. Moms bring a book or some needle point, because there isnt anything for you to do here.
Good for maybe a once or twice a year trip, definatly not a weekly playdate.
Older kids will have nothing to do here.

When I just had one child, I didn't mind paying six dollars to get in. But now that I have more than one, I just don't think it is worth the money. We have most of the same toys and dress-up clothes at home. The place is always very clean and it is a secure place that you don't have to worry about your kids escaping from.

Toy Town consists of a bunch of plastic playhouses, a small inflatable bounce house, some small ride on toys and a train table. Children can play dress up with the costumes that are there and pretend play in the houses.
It is very clean and secure. Moms can feel safe letting their children run around while they relax with a book or chat with friends.
My preschoolers were bored there after half an hour. We have most of the same toys available at home or at their preschool. With an admission price of around $6.00, It was definitely not worth paying to get in.

My son had more fun playing on the free playhouse in the entry way than the anything else. It is $6 to get in, but might be worth if during the summer if you are running out of air conditioned places to visit. My son is only two so maybe a slightly older child would get more out of it.
