I have personally worked with this financial advisor and he and his partner are the most honest and loyal people I have ever met. They can do your taxes. Give you financial advice, sell you investments, they are the experts. Bob is the name of the broker and he will keep you on track, and can even improve your financial situation. I am so glad that I finally found someone I can trust.

This small firm is a very good one to go to for estate planning purposes. The attorneys do nothing but estate planning, so they are very knowledgable about the latest laws and regulations and take the time to make sure you understand everything. Also the consultation is free (and so are phone calls) and they have a few locations so you don't have to go far. If you become a client they hold seminars for you yearly so that you can make sure your trust and wills are up to date.

Normally, I do my own taxes online via TurboTax but had some life changes (job loss, taken $ out of my 401K)
and I wanted to make sure my taxes got done correctly by a professional.
So, I made an appointment & went down with all my paperwork;
only for the preparer to allow continual interruptions by walk-ins, phone calls (business & personal) & fry's employees.
HORRIBLE service . . . I will NEVER go back.
The preparer also had to call her manager a few times because she wasn't sure how to file parts of my return.
(She spoke in Spanish when talking to her manager.)
Once it was all said & done, I was told the fee was going to be $230
and that I owed over $4,000.
I wasn't happy with her service but I paid the fee.
And I didn't have the $4,000 to pay the IRS, so I sent my taxes in without payment.
And come to find out (via letter from the IRS) I didn't even owe half that!
So, no... I definitely would NOT recommend H&R Block.
All they appear to do anyways is use Turbo Tax themselve
