I never liked Kinko's. They have bad services and even customer services. They rip people off and aren't worth to spend your or my money there. Its a waste of time and waste of money. I rather you to go somewhere else besides Kinkos.
Rather you go to Staples , OfficeMax or which ever besides this.

This greyhound is trouble. I've met one manager who was intelligent enough for their job, but everyone else here is probably just gathered up from the streets. First of all, plan to arrive at your destination one hour later than what was advertised... In the last month I've had two occasions where the drivers did not know where in the destination city the greyhound bus station was!
I have no other means of semi-affordable travel therefore I have to use their service frequently. In my travels, I've been directed to wrong buses by the clerks and insulted by the ticket officers on different occasions.
Apart from waiting a whole minute between taking my information and not listening to what I'm saying, yesterday when I asked them about what times are available for travel, the clerk at the ticket office replied "I don't know".
Yeah, avoid greyhound if you can...

More
This is a long standing company that offers Vans (shared with other customers) from center city to the airport for ten dollars. For comparison a taxi ride will cost twenty five dollars not including tip. Sounds like a no-brainer. Unfortunately, they often can't pick you up before 6am which doesn't work if you have a very early flight and they are also often overbooked. If they were more convenient it would be awesome.

I have had many bad experiences with the DHL service and vowed never to use them, because I don't want to bring grief to the recipient. Each time I am receiving a package through DHL (USA and Int'l), they seem to screw up the delivery. Not one time have I been satisfied with their incompetent service.
I hope they will rethink their business objectives.

I have extensively with Northwest/KLM to various destinations in Asia and Europe, I believe their service is excellent. Food was great and the air staff was very professional and try to make sure would have a comfortable flight. Kudos to NWA/KLM for great International service.
But the US service is something totally opposite what you would expect from a major airline company. The customer service associates are very rude and they believe they are above their supervisors. The supervisors, if you are lucky to get hold of one are even more ridiculous than the associates. You would be on the phone with them for one hour and they decide to hang up the phone on you if the issue does not get resolved.
I have decided not to fly NWA/KLM on my domestic US flights because of the bad interactions that I have had with customer service.
I would not recommend to fly with this airline company within the US

City's revenue making machine
Make sure when you go to Philadelphia, you read the signs if you able to park at a certain location...
More
Make sure when you go to Philadelphia, you read the signs if you able to park at a certain location or not. Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) agents are very sneaky and are considered aliens to Philadelphians. Please do not park at a handicap sign, it might cost you around $300 for parking at a handicap spot. PPA agent sometimes wait next to your car until the meter expires and start writing ticket instantly. They are also known for writing tickets before they even get to your car while you are sitting in your car. One secret is that they are allowed to void a ticket if they are in a good mood. It takes them to use their walkie talkie to get approval. But knowing these people who look annoyed all the time you might want to give them a compliment before you ask them to void the ticket.
Many have told me that when they go down to 12 and Filbert Streets to pay for ticket, PPA agents are waiting to write you another ticket while you are paying your ticket.

More
When taking a ride from the Philadelphia International Airport into the city, make sure you ask the cab driver to run the meter instead of charging you a flat rate. It is known that these flat rate are usually higher than the metered rate and for those who are not from the Philadelphia Area can easily get tricked into paying the high rate.

Septa runs the trains and buses that provide public transportation around Philadelphia. In particular, the Septa R1 train goes to all the terminals in the airport twice an hour and returns to several sites in Center City including 30th Street Station which is the central hub connecting to other Septa trains and to all other trains in the city for only $5.50. The other rails are a boon to commuters providing rides to and from the Main-Line and surrounding suburbs conveniently for only a couple of dollars a ride or for an unlimited monthly pass.
