Walnut Street Theatre is located in Center City Philadelphia. It is very convenient to much of the fine dining in the city. The shows are very professional and well done. It is always a pleasure to go see a show at Walnut Street. It is very nice inside and comfortable.
A subscription is very reasonable and each year brings solid shows. Parking at Will Eye's across the street is convenient and affordable- only $6.

Theater of the Living Arts is located on South Street in Philadelphia. It is a small and usually standing room only venue for concerts. I went to a concert there recently for the first time and was impressed by the fantastic view I had of the stage. The sound was pretty good as well. The only thing I disliked about this venue was the fact that smoking is allowed. Otherwise, I had a great time and would definitely go there again.

I really like this place, it's great for college kids because sometimes they offer student discounts, but the shows are real quality. It's a good place to see a stage show, and they have good ecoustics for concerts. I think the last time I went there I saw the Prague Orchestra and it was amazing. The sound quality was great even in the very back. I would know cause I got there late and had to stand in the back.

Pretty on the outside, pretty on the inside. Great acoustics and great seating. The only seating issues are the standards: not enough leg room and not enough hip room for fatter people. They always put on great shows and they have a nice gift shop. If you go, take a few minutes to walk around and look at the architecture. It’s great.

I love shows at this place. It's small and crowded and awesome. It's standing room only and the stage is in your face. I've met many a band member at this venue, and really I can't say enough good things about it. Get there early though, it's a very popular place, and again it's small.

I saw the Phantom of the Opera here, and didn't have any complaints even from way in the back. It isn't as good as some other theaters in Philly, but it is comfortable and and roomy. It's also very clean, and I can appreciate that. I guess what really sticks out is how much my butt DIDN'T hurt after the show... I guess that says it all.

I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at the Arden Theater. I got last-minute rush tickets for $5 each to Proof. The seats were fantastic. It’s a small theater, so most are. It was an incredible production. I love the play and had high standards, but they were actually exceeded by this theater.

The fans really get into the games and have a fun time. Especially nice is that the tickets are not very expensive. You can enjoy a Wings game at a fraction of the price of other professional sports.

You will burn a lot of calories at The Comedy Sportz. All the shows I have seen were very funny. The comedians interact with the audience making the whole evening feel really comfortable. I have been to a couple of plays here and I have always had a good time. The shows get sold out quick so it is hard to get tickets sometimes. Parking is expensive. There is a variety of things to munch on and a good drink selections. It is good fun for a low price.

The Wachovia Center is a great place to catch a Sixers or Flyers game and a good place for concerts and other events. It is always clean- especially the bathrooms. And it has been well maintained. Prices are high for food and drink, like most professional sports and music venues. And tickets aren't cheap either, but it is like that across the board at these type of venues. The upper level seating is high and it is harder to see, but most views are unobstructed.
