The Ocean City Seafood Restaurant has the usual array of Chinese meals, along with a small, limited dim sum (brunch/lunch) menu, which is delicious. (if you can get any. When you come late, many dim sum dishes are gone. The restaurant only makes so many for each day.) I recommend trying the Har Gow (shrimp dumpling, about $3 during dim sum), Shu Mai (beef w/ shrimp dumpling, also about $3 during dim sum), and the spring rolls. The calamari isn't bad either. ($7) I don't recommend the lemon chicken, though.
This restaurant is good for those times when you can't find parking. Since they are located on a street that does not have much traffic, parking is easier to find and the restaurant does not get as crowded as others do.
I really would give this restaurant a "perfect" review, if not for their limited menu offerings.
